3D max allowed to create 3D models using standard primitives such as a sphere, cube and even a teapot. On screen there is four sections, three of which allowed you to see your work, but from a different angel, allowing more ease to creating your work. And the last section is where your 3D model is, and where you primarily edit it. While playing around with our 3D models, we were shown how to add texture to the model. Wood, for example. Was added onto the model which covered the entirety of the model, adding a realistic look to it.
This software also allowed us to create 3D text, which can be edited greatly to extent of how far the text protrudes outwards.
