Flash

Today we learnt how to use pan/zoom for flash using an image of a high street and using the ruler tool so we could fit the image to the size of the ipod screen size. I then enlarged the image to tile 50, then creating a classic tween, which then meant the it would zoom in onto the clock. We then used another image and instead of the image zooming into a certain part of the picture, it instead panned from one side of the image to the other.

  1. You need to show the examiner that you understand how using a digital means of production has advantages.
Annotating your work in progress can be a means of doing this. You can improve this post by:
adding screen grabs to illustrate your point.
Explain that by using the tween facility in Flash, you only have to set the start and end positions of the animation, the computer generated images in between to create a totally smooth movement of the object across the screen. Make saure that you show future work in progress in more detail.
