Comic book Research.

We looked into two online comic books, which were interactive in one way or another. The first comic book we looked at was Hotel, an interactive comic.

Here is a scene, with text and many things on screen can be interacted with causing an animation to occur.

Here is what happened after I clicked on the Doctor. His body was constantly vibrating.

The second interactive comic we looked at was, Dead on Arrival. Which allowed you to turn each page over realistically and dynamically.
Here's the page as it is normally, before turning the page.
Here is the page mid way through turning the page over with my mouse

By doing this comic digitally, it allows for a more visually attractive comic which is now also interactive for the audience, unlike in traditional comics.
I enjoyed looking into interactive comics, it was interesting and enjoyable, particularly Dead on Arrival. The fact it was interactive, allowing me to realistically turn the pages gave it than interesting edge.

  1. Your research SUBJECT is correct, but you have not included enough comment. Task 1 asked you to
explain the advantages of digital production and the advantages of traditional production as used in the work you researched.
